Personally Identifiable Data
Personally identifiable data collected directly and/or through third parties by the Seller, data controller, are collected and processed in electronic form, in relation to the purpose of registering the order and provide it with the procedures for the execution of this contract and the necessary communication, in addition to the fulfilment of any obligation of the law, and to enable efficient management of business relationships necessary to perform the best service required (art. 24, par. 1, let. b, Legislative Decree no. 196/2003).
Navigational Data
During normal operation, present on this website to guarantee its smooth functioning may acquire certain personal data that has been transmitted as required by Internet communication protocols. This kind of data is not collected for the purpose of being associated with identified individuals, however, by the very nature of the data itself, it may allow users to be identified when it is processed and associated with data retained by third parties. This category also includes IP addresses, or the domain name of the computer used by the user connecting to the website, the URL (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of resources requested, the time the request was made, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the files obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the data response by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s computer-based operative system. This data is used for the sole purpose of receiving anonymous statistical information on the use of the website to check that it is functioning correctly. Defence before the court – The User’s Personal Data may be used by the Controller in defence before the court or during the preparatory phase leading up to said defence, in abuse of the latter or of related services by the User. Data may be used in the attribution of responsibility, in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the website. Maintenance – User’s Personal Data may be processed for additional procedures and purposes relating to system maintenance.
Confidentiality
The Seller treats as confidential all data and information provided by the Purchaser and does not disclose them to unauthorized persons, nor use them for purposes other than those for which they were collected, nor transmit them to third parties. Such data can be produced only at the request of the Court or other authority approved by the law.
Data Disclosure
Personal data will be disclosed, before signing a commitment to confidentiality, only to third parties who carry out activities necessary for the execution of the signed contract (e.g. courier) and disclosed for that purpose only. The communication of personal data by the Purchaser is a necessary condition for the proper and timely execution of this contract. Failing that, it can be given with a request by the Purchaser.
Data Storage
In any case, the data collected will be kept for a period of time not exceeding that necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and subsequently processed. Their removal however will take place in a secure manner.
Purchaser's rights
The Purchaser has the rights under Art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, and that is the right to obtain: a) updating, rectification or, when necessary, integration of data; b) the cancellation, anonymization or blocking of data processed in violation of law, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) confirmation that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, also as regards their content, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, except in the case where this proves impossible or involves the use of means clearly disproportionate to the protected right. The party has the right to object, in whole or in part: for legitimate reasons the processing of personal data concerning him, even for the purpose of collection; to the processing of personal data for purposes like sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
Other Communications
Any communication sent to the mailing address (including electronic) of the Seller, the procurement procedures (requests, suggestions, ideas, information, etc.) will not be considered confidential information or data, will not violate the rights of others and will contain valuable information, true and not harming the rights of others. In any case, it could not be attributed to the Seller any responsibility for the contents of the messages.
